CELINE leather goods are crafted from premium natural leather. Tonal variations, marks, and veins are natural characteristics of the material and should not be considered imperfections.

To help your bag age beautifully:

• Protect it from humidity.

• Avoid contact with liquids, hand cream, hand sanitizer, makeup, and perfume.

• If the bag comes into contact with water or any of these substances, gently dab it with a dry, non-fluffy, light-colored absorbent cloth.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat sources.

• Avoid rubbing the bag against coarse or abrasive surfaces. Light scratches may be reduced by gently massaging the area with a soft, dry cloth.

• Store the bag in its CELINE dust bag. Do not store it in high temperatures, humid environments, or plastic bags.

• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM ET are processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET on Friday, weekends, or holidays are processed on the next business day.

• Delivery estimates begin once you receive your shipping confirmation email.

• Orders may require 5–7 business days for processing.

• Additional validation may be required for some orders, which can delay delivery.

• Signature is required upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges (Within 14 Days)

Items purchased from CELINE.com may be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery to CELINE.com or a CELINE free-standing boutique in the United States.

Exchanges are accepted in-store only.

Returns by Mail

1. Complete the return form included with your order and select the appropriate reason code.

2. Repack the item carefully using the original protective materials.

3. Attach the prepaid return shipping label.

4. Drop off the package at a UPS location.

Important Notes

• Items must be returned in perfect, sellable condition.

• Remove any old shipping labels before sending the package.

• Fragrances must be returned in their original shipping box with all original stickers intact.

• Returns sent without the official prepaid return label are not the responsibility of CELINE.

Returns to a Boutique

Bring the following:

• Your online purchase

• The completed return form

The return form is required for in-store returns.

Refund Information

• Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

• Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.

Exchange Policy

• Online exchanges cannot be processed through CELINE.com.

• To exchange an online purchase:

  • Visit a CELINE free-standing boutique with your purchase and return form, or

  • Return the item by mail for a refund and place a new order online.

Additional Notes

• PayPal purchases must be returned through CELINE.com and cannot be exchanged in-store.

• Fragrance exchanges are available only at selected free-standing boutiques. Alternatively, fragrances may be returned by mail following the standard return procedure.
