Order Terms & Conditions
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the items at the listed price, including shipping, taxes, and duties (if applicable). While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If this happens, we will offer you the option to cancel or proceed with the correct price. Canceled orders will be fully refunded within a month.
Before finalizing your order, please verify item details such as size, color, and quantity.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within 30 days, but times are estimates and may be affected by customs or courier delays.
Shipping Partners: DHL, Aramex, and FedEx handle our global deliveries.
Non-Serviceable Addresses: We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military bases, or restricted areas. If your address is non-serviceable, we will request an alternative.
Signature on Delivery: Not guaranteed. If required, please request it in writing via email or in the "Order Notes" at checkout.
Liability: We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout. Custom duties and taxes will also be applied.
Failed Delivery: If you do not collect your package or the courier cannot deliver due to your inaction, we are not responsible.
Special Cases:
Restricted Destinations: A 10 BHD surcharge applies for shipments to certain countries with trade restrictions.
Tunis Orders: Self-clearance is required by the consignee.
Order Acceptance & Availability
Orders are subject to stock availability, payment authorization, and fraud checks. We reserve the right to reject any order. Order confirmation is sent via email, but final acceptance is at GLAM MODA's discretion. We are not liable for unfulfilled or incorrect orders.
