To qualify:
- Claims must be submitted within 1 calendar days after delivery
- Supporting evidence must be provided
- The item must remain unused and in original condition with tags
- All claims are subject to verification by Glam Moda and/or an independent authentication specialist
We reserve the right to decline claims that are unsubstantiated, abusive, or fraudulent.
