  • In certain countries, government regulations require customs authorities to inspect shipments before duties and taxes can be assessed, meaning courier partners are not permitted to prepay these charges on behalf of customers. As a result, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and related charges may be payable by the recipient upon delivery, as determined by local customs authorities or courier partners.These charges may be collected upon delivery by courier or local customs authorities
  • Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation
  • GLAM MODA is not responsible for bank or processor conversion charges
  • Payment details are handled securely by authorized third-party payment providers

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to:

  • Pricing verification
  • Fraud prevention screening

GLAM MODA reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to errors or policy violations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to processing and sourcing workflows.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees
  • Shipping delays due to couriers, customs, or force majeure are beyond our control
  • We do not ship to restricted zones and war zones
  • If an incorrect address is provided, GLAM MODA is not responsible for lost shipments
  • Orders marked “delivered” by the courier are considered fulfilled

Refunds may be issued as store credit or original payment, depending on customer request.
Non-refundable costs include shipping, customs duties, and taxes.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Only one promo code may be applied per order
  • GLAM MODA reserves the right to cancel orders where promo codes are misused
