How to Apply
Line: Line the eye to the outer corner and get as close to the lashes as possible. For a smokey liner: Flip the pencil and use the brush to blend and soften the liner up and out. To create a winged liner: Line the eye just past the outer corner and use the tip of the brush to gently wing out the liner toward the outer edge of the brow.
