Return & Refund

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Credit excludes costs like shipping, taxes, duties (which are non-refundable).
  • We are not responsible for any foreign exchange fees charged by banks or payment processors.

Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted for quality issues, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Notify us immediately upon receiving a faulty item.
  • Email shop@glammoda.com with proof images to request a return authorization number (RAN).
  • Our team will assess your request and decide if it's eligible.
  • If approved, we will refund the item’s value as store credit once we receive it in its original condition.

Return Conditions & Procedure:

  • Request a return within 2 days of delivery.
  • Do not send items without prior approval; unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  • Once approved, ship the item within 2 days in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.

Return Exceptions:

  • Use the same shipping service as the original delivery unless otherwise approved.
  • Returns must be from the original delivery location unless approved by customer care.

Repeated Returns:

  • Frequent return requests may lead to account restrictions or deactivation.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, place a new order.

Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
